Navigating the Bardo

Friday, November 20 at 3 PM PT/6 PM ET/11 PM GMT (2.5 hours)

Please join us as we explore the concept of continuity of consciousness between lives and essential teachings and practices to be able to achieve this state.  One of the spiritual skills we should try to attain in this life is continuity of consciousness.  This means that during death, the in-between, and the next rebirth we will keep our awareness of who we are and what we came to do.  If you remember this life, you may have woken up into this life without a clear picture of who you were beforehand.  It then took a number of years or decades to remember this information of yourself as a soul and existing prior to this birth.  By achieving the skill of continuity of consciousness we can remember who we are across lifetime to lifetime.  We can also remember now who we are on the deepest level and why we came into this life.

In this session we will be going over the core concepts of continuity of consciousness and then learning three main techniques to develop this ability.  These three main techniques focus on:

1) Developing our memory of past events on a daily basis

2) Using the sleep state to rehearse mindfulness and awareness at all levels of consciousness

3) A meditation to burn karmic seeds and patterns that keep us unconscious and unaware particularly during the state between lifetimes.

There will also be a 30 minute transmission to invoke and connect with Higher Beings that will allow for a rapid clearing of these karmic seeds and patterns when we do this meditation practice.

This training is helpful for people who want to have practices that directly help them accelerate their soul development by being conscious in the bardo states (phases during life, death, and rebirth).
