This is a unique training on optimum performance inspired and guided by Archangel Oriphiel and the spiritual beings known as Centaurs.  There is a prediction by Rudolf Steiner that beginning in the year 2300 to 2350 there will be a more difficult period of time on the planet.  In the esoteric Rosicrucian teachings of the Ages of the Archangels, this period of time from 2300 to 2650 will be under the guidance of Archangel Oriphiel.  This Archangel is known for His Saturnian qualities of hardwork and development by trials and difficulties.  Certain souls have dedicated themselves to preparing for this difficult time and will incarnate to help the planet, humanity, and all beings by holding the light.  Below is Rudolf Steiner's quote describing this age of Oriphiel:

Those today who, under Michael's Regency, feel the impulse themselves to take part in spiritual life, are called to serve the archangel Michael and to learn under him so that they will one day be mature enough to serve also the formidable Oriphiel in the proper way.  A sacrifice is required of those who wish to consecrate themselves to a higher life.  We should receive the spiritual life and want to experience an awakening only with the understanding that, in exchange for it, we later will apply ourselves, our will, everything, only in the service of humankind.  In four to six hundred years [2300-2500 A.D.] that little band of people that is being prepared today will serve Oriphiel so that humankind is saved. . . when the dark powers are raging most horribly then the brightest light is also shining.  Oriphiel has already occupied the Regency once.  That was at the time when Christ appeared on the Earth . . .

This training is to prepare for that time in the near future under Archangel Oriphiel's direct guidance and transmissions.  On a more practical level, this training is a way to optimize our performance in any endeavor whether the prophecy calls to you or not in order to be the best version of yourself now.

The training is divided into six areas which will encompass discussion of key points, exercises to develop that area, and a 45 minute transmission to download the energy and information from Archangel Oriphiel and Your Guides to develop these qualities now and over lifetimes.  In addition, the qualities of the Centaur, the mythical creature of both human and animal nature, will be invoked both as a training template and additional spiritual guide and force to help shape the training.  The Centaur represents the full power of our animal nature tempered by our human intelligence and divine guidance.

1) Centaur Leadership-In this first training model, we will develop the qualities of leadership.  A leader is called that by the group rather than a title or position.  People naturally know who can lead in a group by character and example.  A person may have a leadership title but not be the actual person people look to for guidance.  In this transmission, discussion, and training; we will be going over and developing those qualities that lead to natural leadership abilities.

2) Centaur Love-What are the feeling qualities of the heart that allow you to return lifetime after lifetime without being discouraged in the face of difficult life challenges? Even the prospect of going back through the birth process and being raised through the first 30 years of life seems daunting let alone having to face environmental challenges  to help others.  The qualities of unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness and the ability to skillfully handle the full array of human emotions (including anger, desire, and ignorance) are the.focus of this module, training, and transmission.

3) Centaur Determination-Here we are asking for Oriphiel's guidance to develop the Will through this Being's mastership of the Saturnian qualities of hard work, discipline, and challenge.  For initiates at a certain level, once a goal is determined and set, it will be accomplished even if it takes lifetimes to see it through.  How is this vision and determination developed?  This is the focus of this transmission and training.

4) Centaur Connection-Each lifetime our spiritual connection through the energetic Pillar of Light has to be redeveloped in order to connect to the divine aspect of ourselves.  As we work on this connection each lifetime, the development is stronger, easier, and more solid each time.  This transmission and training takes the subtle body building aspect seen in previous trainings to a deeper and more comprehensive level with the assistance of Archangel Oriphiel.  The transmission will in particular build the qualities of the upper pillar and lower pillar.

5) Centaur Vision-Here we are developing all qualities of inner sensing and knowing to its highest degree.  This included clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, and the kinesthetic sense of internal energy and the energy of the environment.  This vision is combined with the heart center and will center so that it is balanced, loving, and grounded.

6) Centaur Intelligence-In this transmission and training module we will be upgrading the quality of the brain.  How do we process, connect, and implement knowledge quickly, effortlessly, and intelligently.  Here we will be learning exercises and practices to process information and download it into our neural processing centers.  The transmission will in particular be used to upgrade the energetically quality and information matrix of the brain that can be carried from lifetime to lifetime.

This is the first training to work and invoke the assistance of Archangel Oriphiel.  Although framed within the context of the future, the current situation on the planet requires these skills and abilities now.  We will be working under the guidance to actualize the gifts, abilities, and skills now and in the future.
