Working with your five elements

Please join us for an in-depth training and Galactic Contact retreat in Mürren, Switzerland.  We will be focusing on learning the deeper principles and practices involved in working with the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and space) both internally as well as externally.  This is a perfect environment with the mountains, streams, land, sun, and fresh air to do this type of training.  We will be supported by the land energies and nature spirits in Mürren.

At night and in the afternoons, we will be taking a deeper dive into Galactic Contact.  We will learn various techniques and states of consciousness that allow us to make contact with benevolent interdimensional beings and star beings.  We have had previous profound contact in Zermatt, Switzerland which we will be continuing here.  The extraterrestrial beings we contacted have continued to work with us and have helped establish this retreat as a way to increase the vibration of the participants called to the retreat as well as their local and greater environment after the retreat.  We currently focus on our physical plane existence and form.  The extraterrestrial beings help move us into multidimensional consciousness and service at these higher vibrational levels.

The morning sessions will involve extensive training in how to work with the five elements in our energy body first and then in the environment.  Breathing practices and energy meditations will be done for each of the five elements: space, air, fire, water, and earth.  

The sequence of exercises for each element involve:

1) Connecting with the element through prana and the breath

2) Visualizing the element in our physical and energy body and through certain energy centers

3) Extending this into the environment and controlling/manipulating the element in objects and the environment

4) Using mantra and mudra (hand positions) to manipulate the elements and combine them with each other

By the end of the training, you will have a suite of practices to deepen your understanding and work with the 5 elements.  The 5 elements make up the blueprint for the creation of the physical universe.

In the afternoon and evening sessions, we will be focusing on Galactic Contact.  We will learn how to make conscious contact with interdimensional beings and star beings.  We will also learn the framework to understand how to look at interdimensional beings and star beings in the context of other spiritual beings such as angels, archangels, holy masters, and inner world guides.  During the retreat there will also be four guided evening ET contact meditation where we will work under the night sky and observe various aerial and light phenomena linked to these interdimensional beings.

Everyone who registers will receive a workbook and the recordings of the session.  

The retreat will be held at the beautiful Hotel Regina Mürren (see here). Please also make your reservations directly with the hotel for lodging during the retreat by emailing info@reginamuerren.ch. Please mention "Retreat Beinhoff" to get the reserved rooms for the retreat.  You will want to make your reservations from September 8-14.  The hotel reservation comes with breakfast and dinner.  Please make your reservations by August 15.  At that point the reserved rooms will be released.

Just a note-Mürren is car free.  If coming by car, please park at Parkhaus Lauterbrunnen.

The cost of the tuition of the retreat is $999 USD (does not include food or lodging).  Please use the link below to place a $500 deposit to save your space.  The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to other retreats and offerings.  The remainder of the retreat tuition is due on August 15, 2026.
